We want every experience at Selah to feel thoughtful, comfortable, and well cared for.

These policies help us protect the time we reserve for each client and provide safe, personalized care.

APPOINTMENTS

Selah Wellness Collective is open by appointment only. Appointments are reserved specifically for you, allowing us to give each client our full attention without feeling rushed.

CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.

Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a nonrefundable deposit to reserve future appointments.

CONSULTATIONS

Consultations are 30 minutes and require a $25 consultation fee at the time of booking. This fee may be applied toward treatment should you choose to move forward.

Consultation fees are nonrefundable for missed appointments or no-shows.

LATE ARRIVALS

Your appointment time is reserved specifically for you. Arriving late may limit the time available for your treatment or require your appointment to be rescheduled so that we can safely provide your service without affecting the clients scheduled after you.

MEDICAL CLEARANCE + TREATMENT ELIGIBILITY

Your safety always comes first. Certain services require an initial medical evaluation or medical clearance before treatment.

All treatments are subject to an individual clinical assessment. A requested treatment may be modified, postponed, or declined if it is not considered appropriate or safe for you.

Please let us know before your appointment if you are experiencing illness, infection, a new rash or skin condition, have started a new medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have experienced any significant changes to your health.

PAYMENTS + TREATMENT RESULTS

Payment is due at the time services are provided unless otherwise arranged.

Aesthetic treatments are individualized, and results vary from person to person. Fees are for the professional services and products provided and do not guarantee a specific outcome.

The amount of product or number of treatments needed to achieve a desired result may vary based on individual anatomy, muscle strength, metabolism, and response to treatment. If additional product or treatments are recommended to achieve or maintain the desired result, any associated costs are the responsibility of the client.

Completed treatments are nonrefundable.

COMMUNICATION + URGENT CONCERNS

General contact forms, email, and social media messages should not be used for urgent medical concerns.

Clients will receive appropriate aftercare instructions and information about how to contact Selah with treatment-related concerns. For a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical care.
